What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee of INR 15,000 – 35,000 covers onboarding by our team, such as setting up your workspace, helping connect your WhatsApp Business account and your first contact import. We quote the exact amount within this range before you start.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Message charges are set and billed by Meta or your connected WhatsApp provider, outside your Markevix plan.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Both include the same platform and managed service. Launch Managed suits businesses starting their first campaigns; Growth Managed suits regular, segmented campaigns. We agree the campaign scope with you before onboarding.
Can I run campaigns myself?
Not yet. Campaigns are run by the Markevix team. Your dashboard shows your contacts and their consent status.
