Service Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

• A client workspace with a sign-in for you and your team, so you can see your contacts, consent records, templates, campaigns, results and invoices.
• Managed onboarding by our team: setting up your workspace, helping connect your WhatsApp Business account, and importing your first contact file with consent records.
• Template drafting and submission to Meta, and campaigns run by our team to opted-in contacts, within the plan we agreed with you.

2. When it starts

After you agree the plan and pay the setup invoice, we confirm a start date with you. Your workspace sign-in is normally handed to you by our team at the start of onboarding. Each later step is confirmed with you as it is done.

3. What depends on Meta

Connecting WhatsApp, verifying your business, approving message templates and any limits on your messaging all depend on Meta. These can take from minutes to several days and are outside our control. We tell you where each step stands and what we need from you.

4. Confirmation of delivery

You can see delivery in the dashboard: your workspace is ready when you can sign in, your WhatsApp number shows as connected, your contacts appear with their consent status, and each campaign shows its results once sent. We also confirm each stage with you directly.

5. Support

If something is not working, or you do not receive something we agreed, contact us using the details on this page. We reply within 3 working days, and sooner for problems that stop your campaigns.
